Benchmark Contracting is a general contractor in the commercial sector of the construction industry. In addition to construction management services, we perform all earthwork and grading activities, and the installation of utilities. Kelly Fitzpatrick, the founder, has been working in the commercial construction industry for over 23 years, 20 of those years in management; and has a degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University.
What does Benchmark Contracting offer you that other contractors don’t? You get the company’s owner on your jobsite every day. Kelly plays an active role as both project manager and general superintendent on every project. He is onsite daily , reviewing that day’s tasks with his crew, coordinating with subcontractors, and corresponding with consultants, inspectors, and owners to ensure the project runs as efficiently as possible.
